Lessons
Nicholas has 6 years of experience teaching private lessons to students of all ages (student and parent testimonials below). He has also worked as a lecturer on Jazz in NOPL Libraries, a clinician/guest artist with the Michael Passarelli Jazz Orchestra, taught multiple masterclasses at Mamaroneck High School’s band program, been a host for youth jazz jam sessions, and is currently a teacher at Larchmont Music Academy, where he instructs trumpet lessons and a jazz ensemble. While studying at Manhattan School of Music, Nicholas enrolled in a variety of education and psychology courses, studying the most recent pedagogical philosophies. In his teaching, Nicholas combines these educational approaches with his own progressive methods to inspire musical creativity and growth. During Covid-19, Nicholas adapted his private teaching studio to operate via virtual learning. If preferred to in-person, virtual lessons are still available
